The draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2014 № 511 «On approval of the Rules for drawing up and submitting a budget application» and dated February 8, 2018 № 140 «On approval of the Rules for determining the limits of expenditures of administrators of budget programs» has been developed for implementation Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 29, 2022 № 847 «On measures to implement the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2022 «New Kazakhstan: the path of renewal and modernization» and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2022 № 157 «On Amendments and additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of the Address of the Head of State dated March 16, 2022», regarding the renaming of the state body «Accounting Committee for Control over the execution of the Republican Budget» to «Higher Audit the ward».
