Press release to the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 236 "On Approval of the Rules for the Development and execution of the State Task"

The project was developed in the implementation of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of certain instructions of the Head of State» (hereinafter – the draft Law).

The draft Law provides for an amendment to the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the addition of the words «in the field of sustainable economic development, including strategic, economic state planning and development» of subparagraph 14) of paragraph 4-1 of Article 41.

In this connection, additions have been made to subparagraph 14) of paragraph 1-1 of the Rules for the Development and Execution of the state Task.
