Amendments to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 22, 2014 No. 373 «On approval of the form of receipt for payment of administrative fine in the order of reduced proceedings in the case of administrative offense»» are being made

to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 22, 2014 No. 373 «On approval of the form of receipt for payment of administrative fine in the order of reduced proceedings in the case of administrative offense»»

The draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 22, 2014 No. 373 "On approval of the form of receipt for payment of administrative fine in the order of reduced proceedings in the case of an administrative offense"" (hereinafter – the Draft Order) was developed in accordance with Article 811 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In order to clarify the procedure for reduced production, according to Article 811 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,  addition  to the draft order with part two and part three of the above-mentioned articles is in the planning stage.

In addition, in the line setting a certain payment deadline in the receipt in the Kazakh language, the words "merzimi" and "dein" are omitted, in connection with which this line is brought into compliance.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ) on November 23, 2022.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until December 9, 2022.
