to the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 25, 2015 № 126 "On Approval of the Rules for consideration and Selection of Targeted Transfers for Development" (hereinafter - the draft)
The project was developed in the implementation of paragraphs 3 of the Protocol Instruction of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tugzhanov E.L. dated August 16, 2022 and 7.1 of the Protocol instruction of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhumangarin S.M. dated October 17, 2022 regarding the financing of the construction of primary health care facilities (medical centers, paramedic-obstetric centers, outpatient clinics) implemented within the framework of the national project «Modernization of Rural Healthcare» and perinatal centers and maternity hospitals with a capacity of at least 200 beds from the republican budget.
In this connection, the Rules for the consideration and selection of targeted transfers for development have been amended in terms of financing from the republican budget for the construction of primary health care facilities (medical centers, paramedic-obstetric centers, outpatient clinics) implemented within the framework of the national project «Modernization of rural Healthcare», as well as perinatal centers and maternity homes with a capacity of at least 200 beds.
