The Ministry of Finance has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 "On approval of the Rules for Budget Execution and its Cash services" (hereinafter -the project) in order to implement the execution of the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 11-07/07-1158 (2-t.); B-715 lp dated 05.10.2022 to the letters of the Akim of Astana No. 01-16-06/2013 dated 23.09.2022, JSC "Центрказэнергомонтаж " No. 3030/01 dated 16.09.2022 and the act of counter-inspection of the KVGA of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16.09.2022 on taking effective measures to complete work on the project "Construction of CHP-3 in the city of Astana.Stage 1" for sustainable heat supply of newly built and existing infrastructure facilities of the capital.
