Vice Minister of Finance D. Kengbeil met with members of the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank

Today Vice Minister of Finance D. Kengbeil met with members of the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank.

During the meeting, issues of economic policy and ongoing reforms in the country, improving the activities of the ABD office in Kazakhstan, as well as developing a new ADB – Kazakhstan Country Partnership Strategy for 2023-2027 were discussed.

The parties noted that the new ADB Strategy will contribute to the effective implementation of the tasks set and the conducted economic reforms in Kazakhstan.

In conclusion, Dauren Kengbeil underline the importance of ADB's support in achieving sustainable economic growth and expressed hope for continued fruitful cooperation.
