Press release to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

The project was developed according to the proposals of the administrators of local budget programs and in implementation of DR RK No. 578 dated August 18, 2022 «On transfer of funds from the budgets of Almaty, East Kazakhstan and Karaganda regions to the budgets of the regions of Abai, Zhetisu and Ulytau to ensure the balance of local budgets».

In this connection, amendments and additions were made to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On approval of allocation table of budget revenues between budget levels, cash control account of the National Fund of the Republic of  Kazakhstan and cash control account of the Victims Compensation Fund», in terms of opening new budget programs (subprograms) and making changes to the name of the receipt code to ensure implementation of the budget process.
