Press release to the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 25, 2015 No. 126 "On Approval of the Rules for consideration and selection of targeted transfers for Development" (hereinafter - the draft)

The project was developed in the implementation of paragraph 3 of the protocol instruction of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tugzhanov E.L., on the pilot national projects "Modernization of rural health care" and "Comfortable school", in terms of financing the construction of primary health care facilities.

In this connection, the Rules for the consideration and selection of targeted transfers for development have been amended in terms of financing from the republican budget for the construction of primary health care facilities (medical centers, paramedic-obstetric centers, outpatient clinics) implemented within the framework of the pilot national project "Modernization of rural healthcare".
