to the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendment to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 «On approval of the Rules for Budget Execution and its Cash services»

 

The Ministry of Finance has developed a Draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendment to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 «On approval of the Rules for Budget Execution and its Cash services» in order to implement the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021 «Unity of the people and systemic reforms are a solid foundation for the prosperity of the country» in terms of simplifying budget processes, drastically reducing bureaucracy in this matter, as well as implementing the recommendations of the deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan following the results of the Government Hour on the topic «Improving inter-budgetary relations in order to reduce imbalances in the socio-economic development of the regions» to consider the possibility of redistributing funds of budget programs financed by targeted transfers from the National Fund by making appropriate changes to budget legislation.
