to the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendment to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 «On approval of the Rules for Budget Execution and its Cash services»

 

The Ministry of Finance has developed a Draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendment to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 «On approval of the Rules for Budget Execution and its Cash services» in order to regulate the norms for improving issues of treasury support, automation of business processes, exclusion of facts of interpretation and broad interpretation of the procedure for calculating the deadlines for the provision of draft revenue plans by authorized bodies, ensuring timely transfer of social benefits and transfer in accordance with tax legislation.

The project provides for amendments to the paragraphs 14, 29, 31, 40, 70, 145, 171-2, 178, 183, 187, 187-1, 188, 190, 194, 198, 201, 203, 206, 362, 371-2, 374, 378-21 and 387.
