Press release to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter - the draft)

The project was developed within the framework of Law No. 129-VII dated June 27, 2022 «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving the Quality of Life of Persons with disabilities» and Law No. 95-VII dated December 30, 2021 «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on introduction of new regulatory policy in the field of entrepreneurship and redistribution of certain functions of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

In this connection, amendments were made to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On approval of distribution table of budget revenues between budget levels, cash control account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and cash control account of the victims compensation fund» in terms of changing the names of budget programs, as well as making a change in the name of the receipt code.
