The draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2014 No. 511 «On approval of the Rules for drawing up and submitting a budget application» was developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2021 No. 451 DSP «On certain issues remuneration of political and administrative civil servants». A new system of remuneration on a factor-point scale has been approved, as well as in the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2022 «On Amendments and additions to some legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities» in terms of renaming the disabled to persons with disabilities.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz) on July 8, 2022.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until July 21, 2022.
