Press release to the draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 27, 2019 N 492 «On approval of the Rules for preparation of forecast consolidated financial statements of the Administrator of budget programs»

Article 41 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, regarding issues of state assignment were amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on development of competition».

Also, Article 75 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, according to which the words «strategic plans» were replaced by the words «development plans of state bodies»  were amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public administration, improvement of the collateral policy of second-tier banks, regulation of appraisal activities and enforcement proceedings».

In this regard, a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 236 «On approval of the Rules for development and execution of the state task» has been developed.
