Press release to the draft Resolution of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan amending the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 11, 2018 No. 256 "On Approval of the Rules for Reimbursement of Expenses for business trips at the expense of Budgetary Funds, including to foreign countries" (hereinafter - the draft)

The project was developed in implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 14, 2022 No. 927 "On the status and powers of the State Adviser of the Republic of Kazakhstan, amendments to some decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and invalidation of some decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

In this connection, changes were made to the Rules for Reimbursement of expenses for official Business trips at the expense of budgetary funds, including to foreign countries (ROK PP No. 256 dated May 11, 2018) in terms of replacing the words "Secretary of State" with "State Adviser".
