The Ministry of Finance has developed a Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 27, 2016 No. 30 «On approval of the list of specifics of the economic classification of expenses, including types of expenses for which registration of concluded civil transactions is mandatory», providing for an exception from registration with Treasury bodies by specifics:

141 «Purchase of food products», 142 «Purchase of medicines and other medical devices», 144 «Purchase of fuel, fuel and lubricants.», 149 «Purchase of other stocks», 153 «Payment for transport services» and 159 «Payment for other services and works» when transferring amounts to accounts in the National Bank To the Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for conversion and subsequent transfer to the accounts of foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the budget program «Carrying out measures to protect the rights and interests of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan», the administrator of which is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
