to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2014 No. 470 "On approval of the Rules for the development of local budget projects"

 

To implement paragraph 60 of the National Plan, a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2014 No. 470 "On approval of the Rules for the development of local budget projects" was developed.

The draft order amended the Rules for the development of draft local budgets, in terms of detailing the terms for the creation of Expert Councils and increasing the minimum amount of expenditures allocated for the implementation of project proposals, as well as revising the deadlines for involving the population to participate in the budget of popular participation, reduced procedural deadlines, increased deadlines for public participation.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz) on February 21, 2022.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until March 11, 2022.
