The Ministry of Finance has developed a Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 2, 2016 No. 630 «On approval of the Rules for Drawing up and Submitting Budget Reports by state Institutions, Administrators of Budget Programs, Authorized bodies for Budget Execution and offices of akims of cities of district Significance, Villages, Settlements, Rural Districts» developed for the implementation law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2021 No. 100 «On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public administration, improvement of the collateral policy of second-tier banks, regulation of appraisal activities and enforcement proceedings» in order to regulate the rules for opening accounts and making payments to operators of financial and (or) non-financial support, accounts of state-guaranteed loans in national and foreign currencies, service accounts in national and foreign currencies for borrowers who have attracted a state-guaranteed loan, conversion / conversion of national currency for borrowers .
