On the adoption of the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2015 No. 175 «On approval of the Rules for accreditation of professional organizations, certification organizations»»

The Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 126 dated February 4, 2022 «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2015» was adopted No. 175 «On approval of the Rules of accreditation of professional organizations, certification organizations»» (next - Rules), which was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 16, 2022 No. 26822.

The draft Order has been updated with new amendments to the order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 25, 2014  No. 290 «On approval of the Rules for Advanced Training of professional accountants» and in the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 25, 2014 No. 291 «On approval of the Rules for certification of candidates for professional accountants». 

This order amended the standard of the state service «Issuance of a certificate of accreditation of an organization for professional certification of accountants» and «Requirements for the content of materials for accreditation of a certification organization».

Please note that according to paragraph 11 of Annex 6 of the Rules, materials for accreditation are updated and submitted to the authorized body within ninety calendar days in case of changes:

1) IFRS, the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants issued by the International Federation of Accountants;

2) legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the date of entry into force.
