to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On amendments to some orders Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the project)

 

The project was developed to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Public Administration, improvement of the collateral policy of second-tier banks, regulation of appraisal activities and enforcement proceedings".

The draft provides for amendments to the orders of the Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 403 dated September 18, 2014 "Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and No. 404 dated September 18, 2014 "On approval of the Distribution Table of budget revenues between budget Levels, the cash control account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the cash control account of the Compensation Fund for Victims", in terms of changing the names and excluding the classification codes of budget receipts, as well as supplemented the classification codes of budget receipts.
