«On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2009 No. 495 «On approval of the rules for conducting budget accounting »

 

The Ministry of Finance has developed a Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2009 No. 495 «On approval of the rules for conducting budget accounting» developed for the implementation of subparagraph 45) of Paragraph 2 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2021 No. 100 « On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public administration, improvement of the collateral policy of second-tier banks, regulation of appraisal activities and enforcement proceedings» in order to regulate the norms on budget accounting of these cash account.

The project provides for amendments and additions to the paragraphs 7-1, 8, 10, 25, 27-5, 27-9, 27-10, 27-11, 47, 48, 48-1, 52-1, 53, 53-5, 53-6, 53-7 and to Appendices 8, 10, 20, 24 and 25.
