PRESS RELEASE to the draft Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some decisions Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the project)

The project was developed to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Public Administration, improvement of the collateral policy of second-tier banks, regulation of appraisal activities and enforcement proceedings".

The project provides for amendments to the resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

dated March 18, 2015 No. 146 "On approval of the Rules for development of natural norms", regarding the establishment of restrictions on making changes and (or) additions to the existing natural norms once a year;

Dated August 24, 2017 No. 502 "On approval of the Rules for development of the draft republican budget", in terms of the transition from the strategic plan to the development plan of state bodies.

In addition, in order to bring in line with paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the draft provides for the exclusion of the date of legislative acts in the text of the draft.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ) on January 18, 2022.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until February 2, 2022.
