Press release to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2016 No. 629 “On Approval of the Instructions for Conducting Budget Monitoring”

The Ministry of Finance has developed a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2016 No. 629 “On Approval of the Instructions for Conducting Budget Monitoring” (hereinafter – Draft) to implement the amendments introduced by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 31 2021 "On the introduction of amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of public administration, improvement of the collateral policy of second-tier banks, regulation of valuation activities and enforcement proceedings."

The project provides for amendments to the Instructions for conducting budget monitoring in terms of bringing them into line with the new State Planning System of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in terms of including the undistributed balance of the reserve for the initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of undisbursed budget funds.
