Press Release to the draft Order «On Approval of the Rules and terms of pilot project realization concerning transfer by the second level banks of the data on money settlements from the equipment (devices) designed to accept payments by payment cards and cash given the technical requirements of cash controllers with recording function and (or) data transfer carried out during sales of goods, performance of works and rendering of services to the state revenue authorities»

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Rules and terms of pilot project realization concerning transfer by the second level banks of the data on money settlements from the equipment (devices) designed to accept payments by payment cards and cash given the technical requirements of cash controllers with recording function and (or) data transfer carried out during sales of goods, performance of works and rendering of services to the state revenue authorities" (hereinafter referred to as "Pilot project").

The Pilot Project provides for free of charge transfer of information about cash settlements made by taxpayers when selling goods, works and services through information systems of the second-tier banks to the state revenue authorities.
