to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On approval of the list of authorized bodies responsible for collecting revenues to the republican budget for returning from the budget and (or) offsetting excessively (erroneously) paid amounts and exercising control over budget receipts of non-tax revenues, proceeds from the sale of fixed capital, transfers, redemption amounts of budget loans, amounts from the sale of state financial assets, loans»

            Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On approval of the list of authorized bodies responsible for collecting revenues to the republican budget for returning from the budget and (or) offsetting excessively (erroneously) paid amounts and exercising control over budget receipts of non-tax revenues, proceeds from the sale of fixed capital, transfers, redemption amounts of budget loans, amounts from the sale of state financial assets, loans» (hereinafter – The Draft Order) was developed in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 94 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

​         Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On approval of the Table of distribution of budget revenues between budget levels and the cash control account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the cash control account of the Victims Compensation Fund", regarding the addition of the budget classification code 302106 "Proceeds from the sale of disposed goods of the State Material Reserve» in the category "Proceeds from the sale of fixed capital" were made by Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 31, 2021 No. 506.

​         In this regard, the Draft order is planned to supplement line 16 with the receipt from the sale of disposed goods of the state material reserve, where the responsible authorized body is the Committee on State Material Reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In addition, in order to bring in line with paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Legal Acts», the draft order provides for the exclusion of the date of legislative acts in the text of the order.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ) November 30, 2021.The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until December 15, 2021.
