Press release to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 27, 2016 No. 30 "On approval of the list of specifics of economic classification of expenses, including types of expenses for which registration of concluded civil transactions is mandatory"

The Ministry of Finance has developed a Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 27, 2016 No. 30 "On approval of the list of specifics of the economic classification of expenses, including types of expenses for which registration of concluded civil transactions is mandatory", providing for an exception from registration with the Treasury authorities on specifics:

- 154 "Payment for research services" when transferring amounts under a co-financing Agreement between the United Nations Organization for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women and the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the subprogram "By co-financing a grant from the republican budget" of the budget program "Ensuring implementation of research projects carried out jointly with international organizations", the administrator of which is the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, since this Agreement comes into force from the moment it is signed by the Parties;

- 159 "Payment for other services and works" when transferring amounts under the Agreement concluded between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development under the budget program "Ensuring research on the socio-economic situation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development", the administrator of budget programs of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) is included, according to the concluded Financing Agreement between the United Nations Development Program in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the subprograms "By co-financing a grant from the republican budget" and "By grant" of the budget program "Promotion of Energy conservation and Energy Efficiency", the administrator of which is the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
