The Ministry of Finance has developed a Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 «On approval of the Rules for Budget Execution and its cash services», which provides for amendments to paragraph 172 and addition to paragraph 171-3 on the basis of the instruction of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to ensure timely purchase of engineering and technological equipment for the facility, which will allow to complete the stationary building of a unique healthcare facility within the scheduled time.
