Press release to the draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 «On approval of the Rules for Budget Execution and its Cash services »

The Ministry of Finance has developed a draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 «On approval of the Rules for Budget execution and its cash services», which provides for the following changes:

- in part 2 of paragraph 202, part 2 of paragraph 269, part 1 of paragraph 447-editorial edits, in order to exclude corruption risks;

- in p. 378-1, p. 378-4 in order to distinguish recipients of money for the supply of goods (services) and construction and installation works, clear regulation of the requirements for opening accounts with the treasury body and the procedure for making payments to their accounts in second-tier banks in accordance with Article 2 of the Low of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Public Procurement»;

- in p. 378-5, p. 378-21 in order to regulate the norms for the payment of overhead costs on the basis of a payment certificate of an engineering company, for the reimbursement of current costs only if money is received from the customer on the basis of acts of work performed. Also, in order to distinguish the recipients of money for the supply of goods (services) and construction and installation works.
