The Ministry of Finance has developed a draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 25, 2009 No. 215 "On approval of the Classifier of the list of goods (works, services) of state institutions supported by the republican or local budget, the money from the implementation of which remains at their disposal as the new codes of paid services and spending directions in accordance with the rules for providing paid activities for the sale of goods (works, services) by state institutions and their spending of money from the sale of goods (works, services) by state bodies (MES, Ministry of Emergency Situations, NSC).
