The Ministry of Finance clarified the key provisions of the new Constitution

The central office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a regular seminar on explaining the provisions of the New Constitution and the implementation of constitutional reforms.

In his welcoming speech, the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ernar Yerzhanov noted the importance of a deep understanding of the role of the New Constitution in the development of the state and society.

The speakers of the event were representatives of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Timur Avenov - Director of the Department for Scientific Activities, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Marzhangul Akimzhanova - Head of Department, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

During the meeting, the participants received detailed explanations on the key provisions of the New Constitution, their role in the further development of the rule of law, strengthening the principles of the rule of law and protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens. Particular attention was paid to the practical application of constitutional norms. All questions of the participants about the provisions of the New Constitution were given comprehensive answers.
