Ministry of Finance presented a Unified personal account of an entrepreneur at the Digital Qazaqstan forum

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Center for Electronic Finance JSC presented the project "Unified Personal Account of an Entrepreneur" (UPAE) at the Digital Qazaqstan forum.

The UPAE project is implemented within the framework of the "one window" principle and is aimed at simplifying the interaction of business with information systems of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The portal combines key services in a single digital space, providing entrepreneurs with centralized access to government services and data.

The UPAE functionality includes unified authorization and role management, delegation of access to employees, a centralized notification system, built-in chat for interaction with counterparties, analytical tools and visualization of business data, as well as AI business assistant and tax services. The portal integrates with government information systems, forming a single digital ecosystem for business.

To date, more than 15 thousand users have been registered in the system, the basic functionality has been launched, work continues to develop and expand services, taking into account feedback from entrepreneurs.

As Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asset Turysov noted: "A Unified  personal account of an entrepreneur is a transition to a new logic of interaction between the state and business. We create an environment in which an entrepreneur does not need to look for services on different systems: all key services of the Ministry of Finance are available in one digital space. This reduces the administrative burden, increases the transparency of processes and allows the business to focus on development."

The presentation of the project at the Digital Qazaqstan forum became part of the systematic work to develop the digital infrastructure of public finance and expand convenient services for entrepreneurs.
