$130.71 each credited to the accounts of young Kazakhstanis

Within the framework of the National Fund for Children program, each Kazakhstani child who has not yet turned 18 years old has been charged $130.71.

The program "National Fund for Children" was initiated by the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and is aimed at implementing the principle of fair distribution of national wealth. Ensuring equal starting opportunities for young people remains a priority task of the state, and savings from the National Fund are designed to become a reliable foundation for the first independent steps of young Kazakhstanis in adulthood.

This year, 6,918,656 children born in the period from 2008 to 2025 inclusive took part in the program. Thus, each participant in the program was awarded $130.71 for 2026.

For those who reach adulthood in 2026 - this is 356,613 people, a total transfer of $44.5 million is provided.

In total, for children participating in the program since its launch, the total amount of savings, taking into account investment income for three years (2024-2026), for each amounted to $370.56.

Funds under the program "National Fund for Children" are used to solve important life problems. The bulk ($19.7 million) was aimed at improving housing conditions for 127,446 approved applications. Another $11.9 million was invested in the education of children on 78,060 applications.

How do I review accruals and use funds?

The mechanism of the program is digitized and as transparent as possible. Parents can check the child's participation and the amount of savings in several ways:

On the specialized website of the kids.enpf.kz (according to the IIN of the child);
In your personal account on the egov.kz portal;
In mobile applications Halyk, Kaspi.kz and Bcc.kz.

Important! Upon reaching 18 years of age, the savings are transferred to a special account in the UAPF and only the recipient has access to view the savings using an electronic digital signature (EDS).

To direct money to housing or training, the recipient only needs to apply through authorized operators. In mid-2025, a new partner, Bank CenterCredit, joined the Otbasy Bank and People's Bank, who previously worked in the National Fund for Children program, which expanded the options for young people.
