Simplified procedure for public procurement

The Ministry of Finance is consistently working to improve the public procurement system. In particular, measures have been taken to improve the operation of the Electronic Store.

In order to provide equal opportunities for participation in procurement, as well as to prevent the purchase of goods at inflated prices, a mandatory pre-order procedure is provided.

In addition, specific cases have been established when it is not allowed to include different goods in the combined lot. For each option for placing an order, a clear procedure is spelled out.

At the same time, in order to prevent ordering during non-working (night) hours, ordering will be carried out from 08:00 to 20:00.

The order was put into effect on December 19, 2025.

The changes are aimed at increasing transparency and creating a more understandable system for all participants in the process.
