32 meetings of the Appeal Commission for the consideration of tax and customs disputes were held and 161 complaints of taxpayers and foreign economic activity participants were considered for 9 months of 2025.
The results of 48 inspections or 30% of the total number of complaints reviewed were canceled in full or in part of the 161 complaints reviewed.
During the reporting period, 140 representatives of taxpayers and foreign economic activity participants took part in the meetings of the Appeals Commission and presented their arguments directly to the members of the Appeals Commission.
The official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (www.gov.kz) in the section «Activities/Appeal Commission for the Consideration of Tax and Customs Disputes/Practice for the Consideration of Tax and Customs Disputes» posted 1,094 decisions on tax and customs disputes, including 65 decisions for 9 months of 2025.
In addition, these solutions are also posted on the Internet resources of the business community «Taxes in Kazakhstan», «Accounting KZ», «PARAGRAPH» and the Kazakhstan Association of Customs Brokers (representatives).
