Information on the results of consideration of objections to audit reports and notifications of the Desk audit of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial departments for the 1st half of 2025.
In the first half of 2025, the Appeals Commission held 46 meetings, where it considered 374 objections from state audit facilities to notifications within the framework of desk audit and 58 objections to audit reports of the Internal State Audit Committee (ISAC/ISAD) Internal State Audit Department, as well as 20 complaints about actions/omissions of the ISAC (a total of 452).
Based on the review of the 58 objections to audit reports, the Appeals Commission adopted the following decisions:
Based on the review of the 20 complaints from individuals and legal entities, the Appeals Commission made favorable decisions in 8 cases.
