The adoption of a single decision by a specialist, for the execution which an application for termination of the taxpayer activities is sent.

All actions related to the conduct of desk control in connection with the termination of the taxpayer bisiness activities, including the decision on its liquiadation, are carried out by spelialist, to whom a termination request was sent, wich gives him the right to make a decision at his discredition. The regime for the formation of conclusions of desk control, in connection with the liquidation of the taxpayer, is implemented in the INIS of the Republic of Kazakhstan. |
In order to eliminate corruption, in terms of the unlawful liquidation of taxpayers based on the results of desk control, it is necessary to implement the function of coordinating and approving the conclusion of desk control in connection with the liquidation of taxpayers in the new ISNA. |
According to the letter of the KGD of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20.06.2025 №КГД-18-2-12/5541-И and the proposal will be considered as part of the development of the new ISNA. |
