  It is recommended:

1) to provide customs experts of the Central Laboratory with video tokens and to install video surveillance cameras in the laboratories of the Central Laboratory for video recording of the conduct of customs examinations;

2) Develop methodological recommendations for handling samples and specimens of goods;

3) Develop an algorithm for ensuring the order of conducting customs examination;

Implementation of organizational and management activities of the facility.

Unregulated contact* with participants in foreign economic activity in the premises of the Central Telecommunications Laboratory.

Recommended:

1)       Keeping a log of attendance of persons in the premises of the Central Telecommunication Laboratory;

2)  Submit an application to the State Revenue Committee for the purchase of a turnstile with the FACE-ID system (4 pcs.);

3)       Update the instructions of the head of the Central Revenue Laboratory for the acceptance of samples and specimens of goods from authorized persons of state revenue agencies with the recording of ID cards;

4) Send a letter to the State Revenue Department to organize the delivery of samples and specimens of goods to the Central Laboratory and the return of samples and specimens of goods by officials of state revenue agencies with ID cards.
