The project was developed on the basis of the protocol instruction of Deputy Prime Minister Tugzhanov E. L. No. 21-05/05-3158 dated March 18, 2022 on the construction of a workshop for the production of a biopharmaceutical plant substance and BSL-4 laboratory.
In this connection, the Rules for the consideration and selection of targeted transfers for development have been supplemented with funding from the republican budget for the construction of scientific laboratories of an increased level of biological safety and underground storage facilities for the collection of dangerous and especially dangerous strains and a workshop for the production of substances for the production of immunobiological drugs.
