The Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 124 dated March 2, 2022 «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 28, 2017 No. 404 «On approval of the list and forms of annual financial statements for Publication by Public Interest Entities (except financial organizations)» (next - Order), which was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 4, 2022 No. 27025.
This Order 404 was amended in compliance with the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 19, 2021 No. 364 «On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the Central Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan» regarding the exclusion of corruption risks and paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Legal Acts» regarding the exclusion of dates of adoption of legislative acts.
