A draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" has been developed as part of the clarification of the republican budget for 2021 and amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/24/2021 No. 53-VII "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the enactment of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget", as well as the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2021 No. 52-VII ZRK "On Amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and compulsory social health insurance", a fee for digital mining is introduced from 01.01.2022.
Additions have been made to the classification of budget receipts and to the functional classification of expenditures according to the proposals of the administrators of republican budget programs for local budget programs, administrators of local budget programs, regarding the opening of a new budget subprogram.
The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ) on November 25, 2021.
The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until December 10, 2021.
