Draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 28, 2017 No. 404 « On Approval of the List and Forms of Annual Financial Statements for Publication by Public Interest Entities (Except for Financial Organizations)» (hereinafter – Draft order 404) was developed in order to implement subparagraph 18-1) of paragraph 5 of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Accounting and Financial Reporting» and subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On State Statistics».
Draft order 404 was amended in compliance with the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 19, 2021 No. 364 «On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the Central Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan» regarding the exclusion of corruption risks and paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Legal Acts» regarding the exclusion of dates of adoption of legislative acts.
The draft Order is posted for public discussion on the Internet portal of open legal acts (https://legalacts.egov.kz ) with a period until December 20, 2021.
