Information on the results of consideration of objections to audit reports and notifications of desk control of KVGA MF RK and its territorial departments for the І quarter of 2026.
In the І quarter of 2026, the Appeals Commission held 51 meetings, where it considered 423 objections of state audit objects to notifications as part of desk control and 43 objections to audit reports of ISAC/ISAD (a total of 466).
Following the consideration of 423 objections to notifications within the framework of desk control, the Appeals Commission made the following decisions:
satisfaction denied - 177;
satisfied - 141;
partially satisfied - 17;
denied review - 88.
Based on the results of consideration of 43 objections to audit reports, the Appeals Commission made the following decisions:
denied -12;
satisfied - 1;
partially satisfied - 16;
rejected - 9;
revoked - 5.
