The cancellation of passes to the border zone

         In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 13, 2020 No. 327-VI ZRK containing amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of migration processes, issuance of passes for entrance of foreigners and stateless persons to the border zone is cancelled.

          In this regard, foreigners and stateless persons may enter the border zone on the basis of identity documents (article 40 of the Law on the State border)

               Persons staying in the border zone must always have their identity documents with them.
