Kazakh-Egyptian Cooperation was discussed in the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan

Astana, September 21, 2023 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Alibek Bakaev met with Ambassador of Egypt in Kazakhstan Manal Elsayed Yehia Elshinnawi.

After discussing the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, the sides exchanged views on topical issues of the global and regional agenda. Kazakhstan and Egypt have maintained close and trusting relations in the field of parliamentarism, trade, tourism and cultural and humanitarian spheres for 30 years.

Bakayev and Elshinnawi highly appreciating the intensive inter-parliamentary dialogue and cultural and humanitarian exchange, discussed the possibilities of further development of trade, economic and investment cooperation.

The Ambassador of Egypt, for her part, noting the high dynamics of the development of our country, expressed confidence in the further deepening of mutually beneficial cooperation between Astana and Cairo as key regional partners.
