Second batch of Jack Ma's humanitarian aid arrives in Almaty

On May 1, 2020, the second batch of humanitarian aid from the Jack Ma and Alibaba Group foundations was delivered to Almaty in the form of test kits (50,016 units) and ventilators (30 units).

The humanitarian cargo was received by a single distributor - SK-Pharmacy LLP for further distribution among medical institutions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses gratitude on behalf of the Government of Kazakhstan to the Jack Ma and Alibaba Group foundations for this significant assistance in the fight against COVID-19.

As is well known, on April 10, the Chinese businessman transferred more than 4.5 tons of protective clothing and medical equipment to our country, including medical masks, protective suits, medical gloves and non-contact thermometers.
