On regular meeting of the Joint Kazakh-Uzbek Demarcation Commission

On February 17-21, 2020, Almaty hosted a regular meeting of the Government Delegations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan within the Joint Kazakh-Uzbek Demarcation Commission.

The delegations prepared drafts of the final documents on demarcation of the border in the Kyzylorda and Turkestan regions of Kazakhstan adjacent to theNavoiy region of Uzbekistan.

The Commission approved the 2020 Action Plan for preparation of draft final documents on the demarcation of the Kazakh-Uzbek border.

The talks were held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere.
