Kazakhstan and Serbia to enhance cooperation in youth policy and sports

The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Serbia,GabitSyzdykbekov, met with the Minister of Youth and Sports of Serbia,VanjaUdovičić, to discuss practical issues and ways through which the countries can expand cooperation acrossyouth and sports policies.

During the meeting, they discussed enhancing cooperation and made specific arrangements on signing an Agreement of cooperation between the ministries of sports and an Action Plan under the existing Memorandum of Understanding on youth policy between the Ministry of Information and Social Development of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Serbia.

The parties discussed the possibility of mutually holding annual sports tournaments and organising youth summer camps.

The Serbian minister notedthat he appreciates bilateral relations with Kazakhstan, and assured the Ambassador that moving forwards the ministry would provide all possible assistance to promote cooperation in the discussed areas.
