On the telephone conversation between Foreign Ministers of Kazakhstan and Venezuela

Nur-Sultan, January 14, 2022 - Upon the initiative of the Venezuelan side, the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Felix Plasencia.
During the conversation, the Venezuelan diplomat, on behalf of the leadership, expressed deep condolences for those who died during the unrest in Kazakhstan. He also expressed full support for the actions of the Kazakh authorities to stabilize the situation in the country.

Kazakhstan Foreign Minister expressed gratitude to his Venezuelan counterpart for his support. He noted that President K.Tokayev has set specific tasks for the newly formed Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure the further successful development of Kazakhstan.

The sides also discussed issues of bilateral cooperation.
