On the meeting with the new Ambassador of Bulgaria

Nur-Sultan, December 2, 2021 – Deputy Foreign Minister Yerlan Alimbayev met with Bulgarian Ambassador to Kazakhstan, Boyan Hadjiev, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

During the friendly conversation, the parties discussed the state and prospects of Kazakh-Bulgarian cooperation in all key areas, and outlined the schedule of bilateral events for 2022, dedicated to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Bulgaria.

Following the meeting, the sides agreed to accelerate the signing of fundamental agreements between Kazakhstan and Bulgaria in such areas as tourism, education, trade and economic cooperation, and air communication.
