On the negotiations with the National Security Advisor to the Afghan President

Nur-Sultan, June 17, 2021 – Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi received National Security Advisor to the President of Afghanistan Hamdullah Mohib.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the current situation in Afghanistan and issues of bilateral cooperation. Hamdullah Mohib expressed gratitude for the humanitarian and technical assistance provided by Kazakhstan to the Afghan people.

"Kazakhstan has consistently supported international efforts to stabilize the situation in Afghanistan, including regularly providing comprehensive assistance to your country", Mukhtar Tileuberdi said at the meeting.

During the visit of the Advisor to the President of Afghanistan, meetings with the leadership of a number of government agencies of Kazakhstan are planned. It is expected that bilateral agreements will be signed in various fields of cooperation.
