Kazakh diplomats awarded medical workers with vouchers for a wellness retreat

Nur-Sultan, April 9, 2021 - The Association of Kazakh Diplomats awarded four medical workers of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of Kazakhstan with vouchers for the Okzhetpes Health and Wellness Complex in Burabay.

This charitable act is a token of gratitude to the frontline medical workers in the fight against COVID-19. Two heads of departments and two nurses of the hospital in Nur-Sultan, Akerke Smailova, Almagul Smagulova, Makpal Kamzina and Elvira Aydarova, who have contracted COVID-19, will soon go to a wellness retreat to undergo rehabilitation.

Throughout 2020 and to this day, Kazakhstani doctors are selflessly risking their own health by fighting against coronavirus. Thanks to their work and professionalism, many Kazakh citizens have safely returned to their families and are now leading normal lives.

The vouchers were purchased with the financial support of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Moldova and the Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in Moldova, Roman Stankov.
